Frank and I worked on the same crew at Bethlehem Steel Fire Dept. We had a great time and became very good friends. I was very sad to learn of his passing late after it occurred. I tried to reach his cousin Jackie Willis but could not. He will be remembered for his laughter and quotes and barbecue cooking.

Frank was a type of person no matter how bad the day was going he could always put a smile on my face. I have a lot of good memories of Frank all the times that I work with him out at Bethlehem you will be greatly missed.
