Nicole Cecelia Handley, age 31 passed away February 11, 2016. She was born October 24, 1984 in Gary, In to Climmie and Mercedes Handley. She was a loving and devoted mother. She graduated from Merrillville High School in 2005. Nicole was an entrepreneur starting her own Cleaning Business. Surviving to cherish her loving memory are sons, Jai'Shaun, MaLachi, Jaden, Amari; parents, Climmie and Mercedes Handley; Brothers, Darren (Blair) Handley of University Heights, Ohio, Kenny Smith of Merrillville, IN; Maternal grandmother, Hattie Carter of Gary, IN, Paternal Grandmother, Beverly (Cleo) Lewis of Gary, IN; Aunts, uncles and a host of other friends and relatives. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 12-8:00p.m. with family hours 6pm-8pm., at the Guy & Allen Chapel. Funeral services Friday February 26, 2016 at 1pm at New Divine Truth Apostolic Church, 130 E. 6th Ave, Gary, Indiana. Minister Sheryl House, Officiating. Interment: Oak Hill Cemetery
