Pauline Carlisle

Pauline Carlisle passed away at St. Margret Hospital Sunday, April 10, 2016. She was a member of Peters Rock Baptist Church and worked at Glen Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center. She was preceded in death by both parents Nathaniel Sr. and Love Lee Moore, Husband Amos Carlisle, daughter Ruby Lee Washington; brothers Henry Moore, Nathaniel Moore Jr., and Jerry Moore. Pauline leaves to cherish 3 sons Donald (Denora) Carlisle, of Columbus, OH; Jeffery Carlisle, Amos Carlisle Jr., of Gary, IN; daughter LaTonya Carlisle, of Gary, step-daughter Debra Joe Norfleet, of Fort Wayne, IN; 4 sisters Lee Bertha Brown, Dorothy (Edward) Gardner, Gracie (Glynolvin) Loney; Evelyn (Junia) Farrell, New York; Mary Moore, Marion, Ala; 2 brothers Tom (Emma) Moore Marion, Ala; Percy Moore, New York; Brother-in laws Eddie (Martha) Carlisle, Samuel Nash, of Gary, IN; Mother in-law Katherine Carlisle, Marion, AL; 14 grand-children, 5 great-grand-children, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. Visitation Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 12 to 8:00pm at the Guy & Allen Chapel, 2959 W. 11th Ave. Funeral services Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11:00am at the Peters Rock Baptist Church, 1725 E. 21st Ave. She will lie in state from 9 to 11:00 a.m. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
