Ann Denise Bradford, 63, of Mantorville, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017, at Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys Campus in Rochester, due to complications of heart surgery.

Ann was born on May 10, 1953, the daughter of Robert and Jean (Boker) Swalla in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Ann was united in marriage to Michael Bradford on March 11, 1972, at the United Methodist Church in Rochester. She enjoyed flower gardens, auctions, crafts, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her husband, Michael Bradford; children, Michael (Tara) Bradford, Charles (Jessica) Bradford, and Sarah (Paul) Mann; nine grandchildren; brother, Richard (Karen) Swalla; sisters, Rhonda (Lowell) Schwenke, Peggy (Lowell) Quimby, Connie (Matt) Hrtanek; and her mother, Jean Swalla.

She was preceded in death by her father, nephew and grandparents.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 6, at the First Congregational Church, 515 Walnut St., Mantorville, and one hour before the service at the church on Friday. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 7, at the First Congregational Church, with the Rev. Brian Egelston officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Mantorville.
