Bob, dear friend, we shared many, many good times together. Whether it be at your basketball games, football games, the brat cookouts that we had every winter or the good times we at Xavier just being friends. You and your family will always be in thoughts and in my prayers.

My condolences to your family on the loss of your father and grandfather. I ran track and helped with the basketball team for Coach in his first years at XHS.I never had him for a teacher but he had an influence on my life. I do remember getting a few rides in his Rambler.

The name of Bob Plishka is well known in the founding years of Villa Hope half way house in Appleton. It an era when many did not thinkn it good to have a nice place to stay for "those people". Bob Pliks was a force echoing his faith and concern for all.
His death brings sadness to me and the many lives that he influenced.
