Kyle Kurszewski Obituary

Kurszewski, Kyle Christopher "Lil K"

Kyle C. Kurszewski "Juicy", 24, Neenah, passed away suddenly, on Monday, November 7, 2016. He was born in Neenah, son of Mark and Brenda (Mishun) Kurszewski. Kyle graduated from Neenah High School, the Class of 2011. He was a very energetic and charismatic person who could light up a room simply by walking in it. Kyle was never without a witty joke or smart remark. His greatest passion in life was skateboarding, evident by his messy hairstyle and proudly worn road rash from him always trying to land some new trick. Kyle's giving nature and wonderful spirit will forever be remembered by his desire to donate his organs even though he was unable to do so.

Kyle will be greatly missed by his parents: Brenda (Steve) Shaurette and Mark (Lisa) Kurszewski; siblings: Travis Kurszewski, Amanda (Jonathan) Hipp, Michael Kurszewski, Jimmy Shaurette and Amanda Shaurette, and Laura (Ben) Ravely; nephew and niece: Bentley and Evelyn; paternal grandparents: Jerome and Patricia Kurszewski; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Kyle was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: John and Eleanor Mishun and Jean Kellogg.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 12, 2016, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S. Commercial St., Neenah, with Fr. Michael Ingold officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated in his name.

Kyle's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire ICU and ER staff at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Neenah, for all their compassion, support, kindness, and care.

Kyle was a best friend to my son Jacob since they met each other in kindergarten at Taft Elementary School in Neenah - Kyle and Jacob spent many hours skateboarding around Neenah, they attended the Boys & Girls Brigade together, went to camp and had numerous sleepovers. My heart goes out to the all of Kyle's family and friends may God comfort you at this difficult time. RIP "Special K" - always in our hearts - Jacob Forster and Linda Reinke
