ALBERT WILKES Obituary
A resident of McMurray for 50 years, age 90, on Saturday, September 27, 2014. He was born April 29, 1924, in Pittsburgh, the son of Albert and Ella Mae (Pearson) Wilkes. He is the beloved husband of the late Jean Wilkes; loving stepfather of Louise (Robert) Quarture of Venetia, William (Becky) Kilkeary of Eighty Four, and Edward (Mary Ann) Kilkeary of Latrobe; also survived by 12 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS, 724-941-3211. Friends welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 15317, Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of Blessing Service at 1 p.m. Interment in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice or Asbury Heights Endowment, 700 Bower Hill Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15243. Uncle Al was a great uncle and brother to my father. I have wonderful memories of our times at Edinboro. My deepest condolences to all who loved him and shared in his life.
