l was 5 years old when l moved into state manor apartments, Am now 19, l will always remember watching Joe work hard for everyone, He was a good role model for all who watched him at his best.He was a good man and he will be missed.May God Bless you all in this time of sorrow. Eddie Hudac

Joe was always there for all who live at state manor, no matter what needed done he was there,no questions ask,he would do everything and he was so kind to all, never a bad word from him. we will miss him humming a tune while he worked. and we will truley miss him at state manor, with are deepest sympathies to all who loved him, Marlene, Faythe, Tammy, Zack, Kailey, Cody.

Joe was the delight of all residents here at State Manor. Hard working....
always whistling...never a harsh word. When work was to be done...Joe
was right there. I'll miss this hard working Angel that God now has. Joe
