Tony and family ... My deep and sincere sympathy is with you in mourning the passing of your father. I know from our many discussions he was a great man and dedicated patriot. I know too, that you willl forever carry that greatness in your heart ... in his memory.
Know too, that our Army's veterans support you, and we will always remember and honor his dedicated service in the Far East during WW II.
His final battle has been fought, and he is now at peace -- his final order was received -- "Rest!"

Dear Mrs. Garone, Mar, Lin, Annette, and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Garone's death. I will always remember his warmth and hospitality when I visited all of you in Oakmont. I especially remember his wonderful smile and his beautiful white head of hair. I feel there aren't words that can capture the support I’d like to give right now. Although Ralph and I have lost our dads and feel for you, no one else can truly feel what you all have lost as a family or as a wife, daughter, son, or grandchild. I hope it may help you to know that many thoughts and prayers are with all of you over the next few days and months.
With love,
Gail and Ralph Pfeifer

My Dearest Josephine and Family, though we've not seen each other in many years, you're never far from my thoughts. I too have many fond memories of the "old neighborhood". You've all been and will continue to be in my prayers. All my love.

Gram, Netta, Amy, Mark and family, I'm glad to say that I had the pleasure of knowing "Pap". He was a great man that cared for his family, fought for his country and loved his God. Heaven has a special place for him.
