STEPHEN PAVLOT Obituary
Age 60, of McCandless Twp., on Friday, February 26, 2016, left this world surrounded by family knowing that he was loved. Beloved son of Joseph and Maryellen Pavlot; loving father of Nicholas Pavlot and Ashley Pavlot; cherished brother of Scott Pavlot, Gregory Pavlot (Kimberly) and Jody Dishart (Bradley); also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Stephen was loved by all who knew him and will surely be missed. Friends received MONDAY 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the GEORGE A. THOMA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 10418 Perry Hwy., Wexford. Funeral services Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Berkeley Hills Lutheran Church. Everyone please meet at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Pleasant Valley Men's Shelter, 1601 Brighton Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15212 or Chautauqua County Rural Ministry, 127 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY 14048

I can't believe that it has only been seven years ago that VBP lost a great soul. I will always remember his kindness and his fantastic chalk art on Lakeside in front of his cottage. Rest well.

We've gotten to know Steve through the years at Bart's Cove. He has been such a wonderful friend and inspiration. We feel very privileged to have known him.

I worked with Steve in Dunkirk for a short time. He was a true artist in the graphics department. He was always willing to help, tell you a story and just an all around nice guy. He will be missed.
