LORI MULA Obituary
Age 48, of Baldwin, died Friday, July 27, 2018. She was born December 8, 1969 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late James T. Nassida III and the late Bonita J. (Novacek) Nassida. Lori was a licensed Funeral Director and worked for Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home in Large. She also worked for Stewart Equipment Services in West Elizabeth and Wigs and More in Latrobe. She had previously worked for Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. in Elizabeth Township. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul J. Mula; brother, James T. (Tina) Nassida of West Mifflin; niece, Cara Nassida; and nephew, James T. "Jimbo" Nassida; and her babies, Bella, Buju, Khaleesi, and Drogo; she was preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Andrew "A" Nassida, who died May 2, 2015; and sister, Janna Lynn Nassida, who died November 8, 2016. Friends are welcome Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the GILBERT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, INC., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township (412) 751-5000. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Animal Friends at 412-847-7000. PAUL I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT I GOT TO MEET 2 OF THE BEST PEOPLE IN LIFE.WE HAD A GREAT TIME THE TIMES THEY WERE HERE.I AM SORRY THAT GOD TOOK YOUR BEST FRIEND LOVER AND WIFE .THESE 2 WOMEN WERE WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST LOVING AND CARING THAT COME IN THIS LIFE TIME.IM PRAYING THAT GOD WRAPS YOU TIGHT IN HIS ARMS UNTIL YOU CAN FLY AGAIN .IM HAPPY YOU HAVE THOSE BABYS TO LOVE YOU. Paul. I don't know what to say. I can't believe it yet. It doesn't seem real.
We will never forget the great times spent with you both at Myrtle Beach.
I can still remember as you pulled into the New Castle that fateful day we got to meet you and Lori. And we hit it right off and have been friends since. She was such a great, giving and beautiful person and will be deeply missed. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Lori and I went to school together ,just knowing Lori back then I knew how wonderful of a person she was in our early years and I know as the years have gone on her beautiful personality ,Love and Kindness touched many people ........including myself .
