RICHARD DRISKO Obituary
Age 85, on Saturday March 12, 2011 of Forest Hills. Beloved husband of the late Elaine (Fay) Drisko; loving father of C.R. Nobe (Harvey) of New Castle WA, Carl Drisko (Allie Altman) of Lexington MA, Robert Drisko (Hewon Hwang) of Concord MA, Matthew Drisko (Alice) of Creighton, PA; dear grandfather of Jasper, Arielle, Emma, Erika, Ashley, Erin, and Jared; also great-grandfather of four. Dr. Drisko was a Emeritus Professor of Physics at the University of Pittsburgh, was a veteran of WWII, and played in two symphony orchestras. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME INC. 7441 Washington St. Swissvale. Services at the Funeral Home Wednesday 10 a.m.

To the family of Dr. Drisko,
I had the pleasure of having Dr. Drisko as a physics instructor in 1982 and was very sorry to learn of his passing on. I will always remember him.
