I very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I was a fraternity brother of his at the University of Maryland. Bob was a gentle giant, with a terrific sense of humor. I'm sure he kept those qualities over the years, and undoubtedly was a terrific husband and father. Though I hadn't heard from Bob in years, I will always remember our college days with great fondness. He will be missed. Bruce Jurist - Univ. of MD, Sigma Nu Fraternity.

To the Larkin Family.
I'm very sadden to hear about Bob.
My memories have and always will be something I think about daily. Especially riding to school in the Pinto. Bob was someone who would bring out your competitive best, always knowing which button to press.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I thought the newpaper write up was so true. Bob was my "big" brother and friend and there will always be a place in my heart for him.
To Raquel, Ian and the Larkin family . . . Bob made such a positive impact on everyone he met! I hope all the love and memories will sustain you through the tough times. May God bless you all and provide you with healing support.

Greg and Tracy, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your brother. Although I didn't know him, it seems he was just like the two of you outgoing, athletic and had an amazing personality that you just always wanted to be around. You two and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Larkin family, please accept my deepest sympathy and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I knew Bob in my senior year at GHS. I sat in front of him in Mr. Drumm's 3rd period calculus class. He was a kind person, witty and a joy to be around.

I had the privilege of knowing Bob fairly recently through my work with MNCBIA but in that brief time I was always pleased at how pleasant it was to talk with and get to know him. I provide my deepest sympathies.

My deepest and sincerest sympathies go out to Mr. and Mrs. Larkin and all of Bobby's Sisters and Brothers, his Wife and Son. We were friends so long ago at Gateway, but it seems just like yesterday. His wit and humor, his athletic ability and his enthusiastic personality made Bobby so fun to be around. All of those evenings at the Larkin home where Bob would hold court, teasing and assigning unique nicknames to each and everyone there. A great guy that surely will be missed.
