Age 49, of Pittsburgh, on Sunday, September 5, 2010. Beloved husband of Dalis; father of Madison and Mackenzie; son of Joan and the late Albert; brother of Ronald, Joni Schubert Cutenese and the late Alan; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Saturday from 2-4pm at the VALERIAN F. SZAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 238 Helen Street, McKees Rocks where Memorial Service will be held at 3:30pm.

I just received a beautiful Christmas card and letter from Dalis and was extremely saddened at the news of Steve's passing. We were roommates in college, flight teammates, and good friends. He was smart, loyal, funny, had a big heart, quite the prankster at times, and passionate about flying and his family. My heart aches knowing he has departed. I will remember you always, Steve.
