Age 70, on Thursday, June 9, 2011 of Wilkins Twp. Beloved husband of Christine (Falco) Mezyk; loving father of Diane (Carroll) Anderson of Monroeville, Thomas (Carol) Mezyk of Houston, TX and Mark (Lynn) Mezyk of Mt. Lebanon; dear "Pap" of Dana Lomb, Mitchell and Ashley Mezyk, and Anna and Gabriel Mezyk; son of the late Peter and Margaret Mezyk. Tom was a proud US Navy veteran. Friends received WOLFE MEMORIAL INC., Forest Hills Chapel, 3604 Greensburg Pike, (412)731-5001, MONDAY ONLY, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial St. John Fisher Church, Tuesday 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers please send a donation in memory of Tom to, Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett St., Pittsburgh, PA 15243 or Hillman Cancer Center, Development Department, UPMC Cancer Pavilion, Suite 1B, 5150 Center Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15232 (Make check to UPCI).
