BARBARA BERNICE "Bebe"
Of East Liberty, quietly passed on November 26, 2012. Beloved daughter of Barbara R. Utterback and the late Everett Utterback, Jr.; sister of E. Roderick Utterback; cousin of Regina Robinson, M.D.; she is also loved and survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Bebe is a graduate of Allderdice High School and Clarion University. She was employed for 25 years at Transitional Services. She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Kappa Zeta Chapter. Bebe was a great daughter, wonderful friend, generational caregiver, a techno geek, an avid music and movie lover. She also took much pleasure in entertaining, cooking, and talking about world events. Visitation will be Sunday 2-6 p.m. at WHITE MEMORIAL CHAPEL OF POINT BREEZE, 7204 Thomas Blvd. at North Homewood Ave. Funeral Ceremony Monday 11 a.m. at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, 271 Paulson Ave., East Liberty. Interment Allegheny Cemetery.

wow I had no idea i am late with post but now just seeing i remember BeBe when i was taking care of her grandma BeBe used to pop her head into the room where we were and say to me "Hey did you see All My Children?" and we would have daily talks about that also Mrs U treated me so nice like family including Mr. Everett so sorry for your loss and such such nice folks again thank you

BeBe my dear sweet Soror, my heart is so very heavey right now. I'm fighting back the tears because I miss you so much and took for granted that you would always be here. It hurts so bad that I let so much time pass without seeing your beautiful smile and hearing your sweet voice. Lesson learned, life is short and tomorrow is not promised. Mrs. Utterback& Rod,from my family and myself I send our deepest prayers to you. Bebe will be missed so much. From the first time that I talked to Bebe back in 1979 after my family moved into the nieborhood I knew that I had a good friend in her. She was funny, thouhgtful and compassionate.There was no time that I was with her that I did not smile. She had a way about her that made you know that she was full of love. I am lucky that I have great memories of her from our childhood together and our life as adult's. Rest now my beautiful sweet friend.
