Bert and Glenn,
So sorry to hear about your Dad. I called Verizon to change some phone numbers at work, and the customer service rep I got was Debra Eisel. I asked her what city she was in, and when she said Pittsburgh, I told her I knew some Eisels many years ago - only to hear the sad news... It's a small world - I just wish this chance encounter had brought happier news. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Donna,
There is so little I can say, but my heart and prayers go out to you at this difficult time. I hope you have peace knowing he is finally at rest. It has been a long journey for you and your father.
