WILLIAM BACKFISCH Obituary
Age 58, of Polk, PA, formerly of Turtle Creek on Sunday, December 30, 2012. Beloved husband of Antoinette (Pugliano) Backfisch; wonderful son of Kathleen and the late Leon Backfisch; loving father of Sheri (Wesley) Varion, William C. Backfisch, Jr. and the late Carrie and Christopher Backfisch; grandfather of Kiara, Kristina, Alison, and Lucius; brother of Carol Pascuzzi, David Backfisch, Michelle Lehosky, Margaret Forsythe, and Stephen Backfisch. He was a dedicated employee of Siemens in Plum for the last 12 years. Friends will be received Wednesday 1-9 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC., corner of (118) Shaw and Triboro Avenues, Turtle Creek, (412-823-1950), where a Blessing Service will be Thursday 10 a.m. Interment will follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kirtland Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 108, Franklin, PA 16323 in memory of Bill.
