PAUL D. "DOOTS"
Age 94, of Bridgeville, on September 2, 2013. A 1996 inductee to the U.S. National Soccer Hall of Fame and a veteran of WW II, serving in the U.S. Navy. Beloved husband of Margaret (Zampini) Danilo; loving father of Daniel (Beverly) Danilo and Paula (William) Wilson; grandfather of Justin Danilo, Michael Wilson, William (Ginger) Wilson, Jr. and Lindsay (Scott) Wilson-Myatich; great- grandfather of Greyson Myatich; brother of George (Marleen) Danilo and the late Stephen, Charles, John, Nicholas and Martin Danilo and Stella Conoscuito; brother-in-law of Lietta Danilo; also many nieces and nephews. Friends received Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, 2-8 p.m., in the WARCHOL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 10 a.m., in Holy Child Parish. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Family Hospice, 50 Moffett St., Pittsburgh, PA 15243. Our sincere sympathy goes to the Danilo family. Doots was a kind, gentle man who shared many stories of his love for soccer. He was a great man who will surely be missed by his family & man friends. Rest in Peace Doots.
