EDWARD SUTTON Obituary
On Tuesday, May 13, 2014, Edward J. Sutton, age 92, of Brighton Heights, husband of the late Barbara Jane (Diel) Sutton; loving father of Mary Anne (George) Shanahan, Barbara Jane (Gene) Shine and Thomas E. (Charity) Sutton; brother of Elmer and James Sutton, Jean Cook and the late Louis, Raymond, John and Daniel Sutton and Cecelia Stone; grandfather of Michael, Julie, Ryan, Neil, Rebecca, Anthony, Mary and Nicole; also eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Edward was a Marine Corps veteran of WW II and had been a member of the Knights of Columbus # 1400. Friends received at the LAWRENCE T. MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 460 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue, on Friday, May 16, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church, on Saturday at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Knights of Columbus # 1400, 450 Lincoln Avenue, Bellevue, PA 15202.

Tom & Charity I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to you at this time. Tom you are a wonderful son and you made your fathers life richer and more meaningful and you were there till the end with him. May he rest in peace.

To the Sutton Family,
My deepest sympathy is with you. There was only one "Pap" and he won't be forgotten. He was a good man and lucky to have a family as loving as you to be with him every step until his last breath. He is resting with the angels now. I know that things will never be the same, but I pray that you carry on this closeness and grow in love together, so that is what has been will continue throughout the generations with your children and grandchildren. Love you guys always.
