KASCHAK JOSEPH ROBERT "BOB"
Age 91, peacefully at home on Monday, September 15, 2014, of Pleasant Hills. Devoted husband of 62 years to Virginia Ruth "Ginny" (Billingsley) Kaschak; beloved father of Ruth Ann (David) Kaschak Troutman, and Robert G. Kaschak; outstanding grandfather of Dominika and Joska Troutman; son of the late Mary and Joseph Kaschak; brother of George, Jerry and Richard Kaschak. Served in U.S. Army in the Infantry, worked for Jewel Tea Co., Inc. as a franchise operator for over 30 years. Founder and longtime member of the American Legion Post #490, Castle Shannon. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227 on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral prayer on Thursday morning at 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anne Church at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Rd., Suite 300, Attention: Donor Services, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Aunt Ginny,Ruthann and Bobby,
So sorry to here Uncle Bob passed We did not no I remember so many fun time at our house and your house growing up. So sorry for your loss he will be greatly missed

Ginny , Ruth Ann Bob (j) so sorry for your loss. Never knew Bob well but knew him from his determination at gym ( LAFitness) . From what I saw Bob was a remarkable man, determined to continue and move forward in every situation ... Bob loved life and family !!
