RICHARD MICHAEL
Age 73, of Export, originally from Munhall, passed away on September 30, 2014. Born August 4, 1941, Richard was the son of the late Michael Pushcar and Pauline (Martin) Pushcar. Survived by his beloved children, Colette Pushcar of Brisbane, Australia and Brent Pushcar of Monroeville, PA. He also leaves behind his loving sister, Rita (Pushcar) Slava. Richard will also be missed by his wonderful extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Richard graduated from Munhall High School in 1959 and attended Penn State University's McKeesport campus. He served in the U.S. Army for six years with honorable discharge in 1968. He worked for the U.S. Post Office and later became a foreman at the U.S. Steel Homestead Works. During that time, he joined the PA Air National Guard and served his country for a total of 20 years. Richard had a wonderful sense of humor, a love for all sports, and a good heart.
