Age 80, of South Fayette, formerly a longtime resident of Upper St. Clair, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at his home. Born on April 22, 1935, in Ottawa, Ohio, he was the son of the late John Rex and Martha Camburn. Beloved husband of 59 years to Wanda Camburn; cherished father of Linda (David Hewitt) Camburn, Gregory (Maria) Camburn and John (Michele) Camburn; dear grandfather of Jennifer Missen, Ashley Frailey, Rachael Hewitt, Chris Camburn, Michael Camburn, Suzanne Camburn, Joe Joyce; great-grandfather of Gabriel Frailey, Jonah Joyce and Scarlett Camburn; brother of Tom Camburn, Charlene Camburn and Ruth Costakos; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jan Rose Sandoe, Donald Camburn and Martha Lee Smith. Terry was an early member of Valley Brook Country Club and an avid golfer. Terry was the owner of OMNI Evaluation Services, in Pittsburgh. He traveled internationally to various countries for real estate evaluations. Terry was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Above all, he was a devoted grandfather who treasured his family dearly.
