DAVID NUNLIST Obituary
David Nunlist, of Pittsburgh, surrounded by his loving family, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Dave was the son of the late Joseph and Florence (Heckert) Nunlist; brother of the late John Nunlist and the late LaVerne Sheehan; uncle to Deborah Sheehan, Linda (John) Gladziszewski, Barbara (Luigi) DiCello and the late Dr. James Sheehan. Dave was a retired City of Pittsburgh police officer and served in the U.S. Army. At Dave's request, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, October 19, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in S.S. Simon & Jude Church. Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. The family would like to thank the doctors and medical staff for the care and treatment Dave received at UPMC Cancer Center-Bethel Park, St. Clair Hospital, Preferred Primary Care Physicians and Family Hospice. If so desired, donations may be made to Family Hospice & Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, PA, 15243. WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, Scott Twp., entrusted with arrangements.
