I had the honor of serving Roy for many years as one of his vendors. When I first walked in the door to meet him, he enjoyed "roughing me up a bit" just to have some fun. Then when I mentioned Donny Yerger sent me, he said "well get in here then and sit down!" It took me about 5 minutes in his company to realize that this was a man's man with a big heart and we enjoyed a great relationship from then on. As his illness progressed he showed me more and more courage and he truly was one of my heroes.

I know that heaven is a liitle better with Roy there.
