A former member and Trustee of the First Baptist Church in the city of Poughkeepsie, he was currently a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Pleasant Valley.

I was very sorry to hear of Smitty's passing. He was such a character!! Always a smile or something funny to say. I'll bet he and Stu Sinon are driving around heaven looking for a diner to have coffee in.
God bless him!
