Hankamp

PASADENA, CA - William F. (Bill) Hankamp, resident of Pasadena, CA, formerly of Pleasant Valley, died on March 10th at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena due to complications from a stroke.

Born in Poughkeepsie on March 31, 1950, he was the son of Joseph and Winifred Hankamp. Bill was raised in Pleasant Valley and graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes High School. He worked for the Berkshire Home for boys and later worked for over 20 years at the Ambassador College in Pasadena, as well as being an apartment manager.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Michael and Peter Hankamp.

He is survived by his sisters Teresa (Terri) Rose of Spring Hill, FL, and Margaret (Maggie) Hankamp currently serving as a volunteer with the Peace Corp in the Ukraine, and brother Thomas Hankamp of Poughkeepsie.

As per his wishes, there will not be any funeral or formal services. Cabot & Sons, Pasadena, CA Directors.
