Paul Blanchette Obituary
Vestal: Paul Blanchette, 61, of Vestal passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 25, 2013 in Myrtle Beach, SC. He was predeceased by his parents, Fred & Dorothy Blanchette and his father-in-law, Muzzie Palmieri. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Blanchette, his daughter, Ashley Blanchette and his son, Ryan Blanchette, all of Vestal; his mother-in-law, Helen Palmieri; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Francine & Michael McKercher, Muzzie & Tamera Palmieri, Michael Palmieri and his fiancée Cheryl Fedich; also several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church Endicott, a retired IBM Endicott employee, and currently was employed as the business manager of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Hillcrest. Paul was an avid bowler and golfer who enjoyed his golf league (Hackers) at Traditions at the Glen Golf Course. He was a loving husband, father and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held Monday 9:30AM from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott and at 10:00AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home Sunday from 2 to 5PM. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in memory of Paul may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church Food Pantry 1031 Chenango St. Binghamton, NY 13901 or to Mom's House 770 Harry L. Dr. Johnson City, NY 13790.
