William Hudy Obituary

Hudy, William J., Jr.

William J. Hudy, Jr., 40, went to heaven on Saturday, February 11, 2012, after a long illness. He will be welcomed with love by his father, William Sr.; his grandma, Kay Hudy; and his grandpa, Leon Hendrickson. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany (Bulman); and his son, Ryan, who was his pride and joy; his parents, Lynn and Partick Meno; two sisters, Stephanie Hudy and her partner Winston Japhet, their children Brooke, Amber and Courtney, Tamie and Allen Jones, and their children Adam and Katheryn; his grandparents, Claire Hendrickson and John and Mary Meno, Beverly Wike; and a very special Aunt Shirley, who cared for him the last two years and was his Wednesday morning pancake buddy; as well as numerous heartbroken aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, especially his best friends, Daryl and Nadine Seaman and Jeff Barker. Bill was a devoted father, and more than anything loved to be with his son Ryan. They have a very special relationship, as he did with his dad. His beautiful smile and caring nature touched all around him. He was always there to help his family and friends, and he was blessed to have many. Bill was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan and loved competing with his buddies in the MFL fantasy football league, and hanging out at home with his mom and Pat, enjoying a big dish of ice cream. We love you and will think of you everyday. A special thanks to Yesteryears in Endwell, the Willow Point Nursing home staff, and Lourdes Hospice who treated Bill with love, respect and dignity. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to their activity programs. A funeral service for Bill will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Allen Memorial Home, Inc., 511-513 E. Main Street, Endicott, NY. Father Gorden Polenz will officiate. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m.
