Pompeii Family:
We are saddened to learn of Joe's passing. We (Valley Welding) enjoyed doing business with Southern Tier for many years, his friendship and "horseplay" are memories that won't be forgotten.
I believe there is an old saying that "he will be in heaven 30 minutes before the devil finds out he was there".
In this case that will not matter, Joe, his father, and my father would look the devil in the eyes, and tell him where to go back to!

Rest in Peace Joe!

Sharon, Mike, and Families,
I take great pride and I am very grateful to have been part of the "Boys on Hall Street". Each memory I have working with Joe is a pleasure relived everyday. The night I was unable to get home, spent out plowing with Joe, then welcomed into his home will never be forgotten. Joe was a man's Man and he is loved and respected by many.
I hope and pray that your families feel peace and serenity at this time of loss.
Goodbye Good Friend. Your heart was the biggest part of you. RIP

You were my Joey, my rock.

It was quite a journey for 40 plus years. I was happy being your wife, raising our two children, and being blessed with four of the most beautiful grandchildren ever.

I enjoyed being a part of your life's passion, working with you at the shop. You were sorely missed by many people when the shop closed.

You were a big, lovable bear with a growl worse than your bite! Like a bull in a china shop!

To the very end, you were at home surrounded by the ones you loved.

Thanks for the memories.

Love to you in heaven,
Your wife, Sharon
