We all have lost a friend that would listen to our woes, laugh at our bad jokes, pat our kids on their backs and always ask about our families. Pete was a joy! I am so glad that I had the opportunity to know him and Rose.

Rose and family ,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family .
Pete was a great man and my fondest memory was when you lived in Corte Madera , Pete cut my hair and was a true inspiration and is why I went into the beauty industry .
The dinners at the Italian club were always so much fun .
We are sorry for your loss and I know my dad and mom were saddened by the news . Our thoughts are with you

To Rose and family,
We only knew Pete as our barber but thought of him as a friend because he always welcomed us as friends with his warm and and kind manner. We always looked forward to our haircuts for the fun conversations we had with him. He was a real gentleman and a great guy. We will miss him terribly. Our thoughts are with you.

Rose: I have so many times wanted to phone you, but knowing how occupied and worried you were with so many tasks and things trying to keep Pete comfortablle, I simply relied on receiving and asking Pat Gonterman to forward my messages of love and concern. I can't tell you how very much I personally will miss Pete and the oppoortunities to say to him, "Please give Rose a big hug...actually, Pete, give her two, one from you and one from me." Please understand that if ever I can do anything, and I do mean anything, phone me. I'm just across the road.

Pete, what a great ride life has been! How many laughs can one clan of families have in a summer? The River, baseballs stands, golf courses and at home life was always full of laughter. You brought that with you. You will be missed down here but I know the party has only just started with you and Roger.....guess they'll be some rumbling soon in the heavens. Rose, Toenail, and Craig, my condolences. You are all in my prayers.

Mr C - My heart aches, learning of your passing hits hard, and I am comforted only by knowing some of those who are welcoming you into heaven. Remembering growing up with Craig and Tony in our little corner of Corte Madera, I know how fortunate us kids were to have you as one of the 'Pops' looking out for us. Your graciousness and hilarity kept us smiling and laughing into all the years that followed. I will miss you here on Earth Mr C but you will live on in mine and so many other's hearts. Mrs C, Tony, Craig, my sincerest condolences to you and your whole wonderful family.
