Bernice Claire Elliott

Died Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in Windsor, CA. Loving wife for over 62 years of Earl E. Elliott; loving mother of Darrel E. Elliott and his wife Nora of Mt. Shasta; beloved grandmother of David Elliott and his wife Brenda of Seattle, Brenda Reno and her husband James of Illinois, and the late Rev. Timothy Elliott; great grandmother of Jefferson, Jason, Jared, Justin and Jacob Reno and loving sister of Evelyn LaVine of Occidental. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of Occidental, CA, age 96 years. A graduate of Tomales High School, she enjoyed gardening, cooking and family. Her family would like to thank the staff at Chancellor Place and Sutter VNA Hospice for their loving care the last six months of her life. Our thanks to Sharon Elliott for her special attention to our mother. Friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Daniels Chapel of the Roses, 1225 Sonoma Ave. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Private interment at Santa Rosa Memorial Park.
