Passed away on October 2, 2010 in Santa Rosa. Beloved son of Paul and Keophet of Santa Rosa; loving father of William, age eight; companion of Vannalai Vongphakham; dear brother of Kyphet, Sonphet, Jane, Souringno, Sunny, Rocky. A native of Laos, age 42. He was well-liked by many friends and relatives; he was a very kind and generous person and anyone that knew him liked him. He really enjoyed karaoke; Vannalai and William were his life. He was always willing to help anyone in need. Family meant everything to him. Any gifts or donations will be welcomed by the family. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 12:00 Noon at Daniels Chapel of the Roses, 1225 Sonoma Ave. Santa Rosa, CA 95405. Dear Brother Konphet!

You're not here but I know that you have found a better place. You have told us your amazing dream-like experience with God and all his heavenly hosts. You told of us the power in Jesus Name and how that scared away many fears and conquered the peace within.

You have been the source of strength and support to our earlier years when we were younger. You have truly been generous with everything to your family. You have been one amazing father to Williams and a thoughtful and supportive person to everyone that you've encountered.

I know that in my heart, our younger siblings and I wouldn't be where we are today without your love and support. Tears and laughter of much memories of fishing, outdoor adventure such as catching lizard or birds, butterflies,etc and so much more will never be forgotten and each day will be renewed with remembering the reason why we're all here---to love, to experience and to reach out and make a difference in the lives of others---families, friends,etc.
