Our deepest condolences to Mary and the extended Karic family. I had the pleasure of speaking with Martin several years ago. We spoke about his young days surviving the war and how he was the last one to see my grandfather alive in Bleiburg, Austria. It was a conversation I'll never forget and am thankful for. My short encounter with Martin meant a lot to me and his memory will live on forever with us in Canada.

Rest in peace Martin,
John Bukovcan
