Bill REYERSON Obituary

Bill Reyerson, 40 year Contractor, master craftsman and exceptional friend and kindred spirit passed away at age 59. Bill was the only child of Betty and Richard Reyerson, grew up in Cloverdale til age ten, then Santa Rosa, where he graduated Montgomery High, and began his lifetime love of fast Chevy SS cars and Trucks. He bought a home in Forestville and loved the peace of the country. A workaholic, Bill loved his job. He came to be known as one of the finest finish carpenters and stair builders in the county. He was intelligent, funny, unconditionally generous and kind. He had a heart of gold. His home was always open, and he was always willing to help anyone with anything. He was an avid gardener and always had a basket full of vine-ripened tomatoes and plenty of herb for his friends. He was an accomplished fly fisherman, loved movies, cribbage and Lionel Trains. But his deepest loves were his friends and his dogs. Bills kindness and generosity was steadfast and is irreplaceable. We are all better people for having known Bill. A Celebration of his life will be held June 3 at the Hollydale Club, 10250 Field Ln., Forestville. Warmest thanks to Windsor-Healdsburg Mortuary.

Bill, I miss you every day when I look around my house and see all the beautiful things you built. You were a true artist and a joy to work with.

When I read this all I could think was 'NO, No, No'. I/we remember him as such a wonderous kind soul and superior craftman. Thanks for passing through our lives Bill. Peace to you.

I'm so sad to hear about Bill. He was such a sweet soul and an incredible talent, even way back in 1971 when he designed and built the most beautiful redwood deck for my family. He was a gentle man with a big heart and a kind word.
I am so sad.
