Douglas Paul Obituary

Passed away on November 16, 2010 in Rohnert Park. Devoted husband of Eileen Paul of Rohnert Park. Cherished father of Jeffrey Paul of Santa Rosa, Kevin Paul (Megan) of Redwood Shores, Kathy Paul of Rohnert Park, and Susan Paul of Mill Valley. Beloved grandfather of Tyler Paul of Rohnert Park. Survived by two nieces and two nephews in OR. Age: 71 years. Douglas was born in Eagle Butte, SD, but reared in Portland, OR. Following his high school graduation from Medford Sr. High, he enlisted in the US Navy and dutifully served his country. In 1963, he married Eileen in Medford and together they enjoyed 47 years of marriage. For the last 20 years, Douglas worked in sales at Quality Flooring in Petaluma. An avid sports enthusiast, he also coached his children's teams when they were young. Above all, Douglas loved his family; he will be missed. At his request, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1451 Guerneville Rd., Ste. 220, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 or North Bay Cancer Alliance, 185 Sotoyome St., Santa Rosa, CA 95405. Private Inurnment.
