It still doesn't seem real that Uncle is no longer here. As someone said last weekend, he had a "crusty" exterior but those who knew him know that he was a cream puff inside. I will miss his laugh, miss his corny jokes, and his answering machine messages. I know that the saying "it's not the years in your life but the life in your years" holds true for Uncle Lee, he did a lot, lived a lot, laughed a lot, and made an impact on so many people. He will truly be missed. My heart goes out to his kids who he loved so very much, and to the rest of the family as we continue to get through a difficult loss.

My brother Dan and I spent some time with Lee & Stacy when we visited our grandfather Dutch Spickert in Whiskey Town near Redding. I fondly remember Pauline, and send our sympathy for your loss.

Dear Cheryl, Ben and Stacy,
Lee was wonderful when Dawn became ill, and when he died Lee became a great support for Stanley and it was greatly appreciated. I know he did errands for Stanley and he spent many hours visiting Dawn. I like talking with Lee because i knew behind the gruff exterior there was a very good heart. I will miss him and the hug we always exchanged he was a good man.

Lee was a long time friend although we hadn't talked for a year or so. He was loved more than he knew and I will greatly miss him.
Diana or as Lee use to say "Hay, Culazzo" Love you Lee
