Harriet Seal Obituary
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Edward M. Seal; a daughter, Kathryn S. Nicely and husband, Perry W. Nicely of Chesterfield; two grandsons, Edward Shane Nicely and wife, Dara Goodman Nicely of Ashland and Shawn Jackson Nicely of Dinwiddie; three great-grandchildren, Emily Ann Carol Nicely, David Edward Nicely and Brette Katherine Nicely.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Rev. Richard Geoghegan officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Dear Ed and Kathy, Roy and I are sorry to hear about Harriet's passing. She was such a friendly soul. We loved sitting with her and talking about old times she had at Nags Head. She had solutions to any illness. We will miss her . If there is anything we can do please let us know. Our prayers go out to your entire family at this diffecult time.

Dearest Ed,
We are so sorry to hear about Harriet passing away. She meant so much to us. We have so many loving memories of her being with us at Chesapeake camp ground. She will be missed. We will be calling you Ed and keep a check on you. We love you and you will be in our prayers.
