I am so saddened by Leo's passing. I enjoyed being his colleague at the Metropolitan washington Council of Government. He worked closely at my side during my leadership of the organization. Leo made many contributions to COG and to the Washington Region. He was truly a skilled professional and one gem of an individual. I offer my sympathy to Jackson Young and family. Your dad was a tremendous man and leaves a legacy of many friends because of the way he lived his life. God Bless.

AFTER GLOW~
I'd like the memory of me be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an after glow of smiles when the day is done.
I'd like to leave an echo, whispering softly down the way, of happy times and launghing times and bring and sunny days.
Id like the tears of those who grieve today before the sun.
I'd like to leave an after glow of happy memories I leave behind-when the day is done.
