I was so saddened to learn of Leo Young's passing. He was a dear & close friend & colleague of my late husband, Jack. Our son, Phillip Bond, & daughter, Johnna Bond Powell & her husband Marc & their children, Jasmine & Johnathan, join me in extending our condolenses to Leo's son, Jackson & to his brother, Ray. I miss knowing that Leo is in the world.

I am so saddened by Leo's passing. I enjoyed being his colleague at the Metropolitan washington Council of Government. He worked closely at my side during my leadership of the organization. Leo made many contributions to COG and to the Washington Region. He was truly a skilled professional and one gem of an individual. I offer my sympathy to Jackson Young and family. Your dad was a tremendous man and leaves a legacy of many friends because of the way he lived his life. God Bless.
