To the Phillips Children: When I first met your mother she was pregnant with Hattie, that's how far our relationship extends. Contrary to the business relationship we shared for a short time, we shared a personal relationship as well. We shared a passion for books, and history. We talked for hours about the world and debated our points of view. Rosemary was an avid reader and possesed a wealth of knowledge that only a few were allowed to know about. I have always respected your mother, and I will miss her. I know you will always remember that she loves you, and especially her grandchildren.

With Much Respect and Love,
Cloteen El

To Hattie & Family: We are very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I myself did not know her, but I will never forget her because of the day that she handed my grand daughter to me and told me that the baby was fine and not to worry. Although, she did not know me, she was very kind and thoughtful to help out in that situation. She seemed to be a little lady with a big heart. I am sure she will be missed but always remembered by all.

God Bless, Katrina, Destinee, Steve, & Zari.
