dear flynn family,
i am so sorry for your loss. dr. flynn (who delivered all 3 of my children) was a super fantastic guy and fun to hang around with in the delivery room. he made delivering babies fun! love that guy. i just found out of his passing. again so so sorry.

My sincere sympathy to the entire Flynn Family on the death of Dr. Joe. Joe was a warm and wonderful human being, a caring and excellent professional, a patriot who loved and served his country and a man proud of his Irish heritage who never forgot where he came from. It was a privilege to have known him and his extended family over the years. I regret I was out of State and unable to attend his services. He will be in my thoughts and prayers.

SO SORRY to hear of Dr. Flynn's passing. He and my late husband, Art Fogell, grew up in the same neighborhood, and when I got married, I learned "ALL the Fogell women" went to Dr. Flynn. So he became my OB-GYN and he was the VERY BEST! I missed him when he retired. May he rest in peace.

RIP Dr. Flynn. You were one of the very best when Kent was a Community family Hospital. You deliveted my 3 children, and at work never failed to ask how they were. May your family know they are in our prayers at this very sad time.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Flynn family. Joe was a kind and gentle soul full of life and happiness. It was impossible to be around him and not feel his love for life, family and friends. Always smiling always caring, he will be greatly missed.

My condolences to Dr. Flynn's family. He was my doctor for 27 years and delivered all three of my children. He was a wonderful, kind and caring man and always had a ready smile for his patients. I'm grateful to have had him as my doctor for so many years.

My condolences to the Flynn family. I knew Joe when we were members of Quidnessett Country club. I played golf often with Joe and it was always fun. He was a gentleman and a wonderful person. As a fellow veteran I salute him for his service to our country.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Flynn. He delivered both of our children; sang "Danny Boy" as our son Daniel was delivered; and was a great, kind doctor. Especially enjoyed the years he allowed me to teach Lamaze classes for some of his patients in the office. With love to the Flynn family.

I remember Joe from our early days at La Salle. We were in a few homerooms together. He was very smart and always very enthusiastic about our school and being with the guys. He got along with everyone. Dan Mc Cullough and I used to joke with Joe about his blossoming into becoming a fashion plate. We barely could find a tie for class each day, but we saw that Joe was becoming very conscious of matching his tie with his shirt and slackss. He was early "GQ." That was even more in evidence at PC where we would then have to add a jacket to our attire. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen him in awhile but was aware that he had been ill of late. We talked about him with fondness at recent La Salle reunions. He was, indeed, a warm and caring guy who did a lot of good in this world, So, I offer my deepest sympathy and sincere prayers to his family. Joe was an early and cherished friend whom I will profoundly miss.
