June 24, 2017
I love you mom this is Junal Lea Gerlach the adopted daughter you raised us with love, with our Dad Richard Garth Gerlach. Your natural daughter and our sister Audrey Gail Gerlach Pooley, adopted siblings Monty Curtis Gerlach, Ricky (Rick) Garth Gerlach and Me. I want to thank you for being my mother at a time in our lives when we couldn't have our moms or families. Your a saint to have taken in so many and clothed us fed us and gave us your time and energy night and day and in the nights when sickness or nightmares came..you got up and made home remedies and seen us all through our hard times thank you our beautiful momma. You never wanted us to say how much we love you then because you were a strong woman and just wanted to live for the moment without heart felt thoughts ....but momma you always I think know that we all loved you and could never get enough of you. You were a hard worker and smiles all the time...coming home was always late but in the late of night I can still hear you say how much you loved all of us one at a time...thank you for giving me and the kids a great life...so many books clothes toys and adventures never a dull moment that is for sure. You were laughs and loved surprises whether for us and to play tricks we were always together being creative with you every holiday was pleasant and filled with your love and food and so many thoughtful gestures of homemade gifts we all learned to give. We love you momma. We love you we love you we love you. We had you for some of the best years of our lives...
