He was the loving husband of Wanda J. (Warner) Kelly; they celebrated 38 years of marriage on March 26th.
Born on August 28, 1957 in Philadelphia. He was the son of the late John Kelly and Teresa (Reagan) Kelly.
Joe was the owner of Advance Home Inspections of Virginville, for the last 20 years.
He was known as a man of many hats.
Survived by his wife, Wanda; and children, Erin F. Kelly, wife of Arron Lieberman, of Lehighton, and Nathan S. Kelly, husband of Amanda Kelly, of Wernersville. Also grandchildren, Kyla D. Brown and Payton M. Kelly.
On September 19th, at 1:00 p.m., there will be a Celebration of Joe's Life at the Kelly Family Home. Bring one of your hats.

I still can't believe your gone. I have known you guys forever. My heart breaks for Wanda, Erin, Nate and the girls. I'm not much with words.
