Chuck made everyone around him better.Driven by a standard of excellence that the rest of his crew wanted to emulate.Chuck would except failure......but not excuses.I know I speak for other pavers who are better having had the privilege of working for this man.H. G. Wells said the greatness of a man is' what he leaves to grow, and whether he started others to think along fresh lines with a vigor that persisted after him'.Chuck will be missed, but what he left behind with those who worked for him will continue inspire others when shared around the water cooler.
