Mary Anna "Ann" Partsch

1941 - 2010

This Christmas Eve, Mary Anna Partsch received perhaps the greatest gift of all: her mansion in the skies of Heaven. Ann was born to her parents James Machousky and Ocie Bullington in Annapolis, Maryland on March 6, 1941.

She lived there with her surviving brother John Machousky and Louis Machousky who preceded her in death.
She was a faithful and loving wife of 31 years to Roy Lee Partsch.

She is survived by her children David Wayne Horton (wife Susan) and Kenny Lee Horton (wife Kimberly). Ann also had four step children and seven grandchildren.

Ann would want to be remembered for her dedicated prayer life and commitment to the LORD.
She was a member of Church on the Rock in Anderson, CA.

A service will be held there in her remembrance on Saturday, January 1st, 2011 at 10 AM.

Dear family and friends or our precious Ann,
I can't believe it's been 12 years. It was so comforting to re-read the comments from you all. Thank you!

Dear sweet Mother-in-law,
Thank you again for my husband, Kenny. I know you were proud of him the years you were here on this earth. And even more proud if God is allowing you to see him now. His love of the word of God and Bible Quizzing is still one of his top priorities. All 5 of our children were raised involved in Bible Quizzing. Now some of them are coaches while still involved with their family and careers. Thanks again for making sacrifices on your part to make sure Bible Quizzing was a top priority for Kenny. Because of you, passing down the Bible Quizzing Legacy was a huge positive in all of your grandchildren's life. Now we have three grandchildren that are memorizing verses at a young age. You'll meet your great grandchildren someday when we meet you in heaven!
Love and miss you!
Kim

Remembering: I dont remember when I met Ann. I also never knew her name was Maryanna. But from the age 12 I have known this soft spoken woman and I watched.

Truely a person who loved her God,who was faithful, and ever trusting in God.I was at a birthday party for one of Kennys children and she came and was ever so sweet. Mentioning my Mother and inquiring about my family, when you could see she was sick and in pain. Quietly talking and listening.

Ann made my wedding cake and asked how my husband was whom she didnt even know.I have good memories of Ann and I am so glad God put me in her life so her walk with Him could impact me.

I intend to talk with her again. This life is a dream.Heaven is our reality.

Love you all, Janet Maitland

I have known Bro. Roy and Sis. Ann since I've been 3. One thing thay I remember is her and Bro. Roy were always faithful to the House of God! They have been the best example to me and the rest of our youth group! I loved Sis. Ann. And I'm praying for you Bro. Roy :-)

Bro. Roy, Sis. Ann is going to be sorely missed. What a radiant smile she had, but oh what a spunky little lady. It was so hard to see her go, but knowing this, she is now with Jesus and how happy she must be, to be rid of her mortal body. To be in the presence of our Lord and Savior. Worshiping and adoring her creator and Lord. Makes me wish I was in her shoes.

Aunt Ann, you are missed, but we know we will see you again in Heaven. Thank you for always being a great example of true chrisitanity.

Uncle Roy, thank you for caring for her so well. You have been and continue to be in our prayers. Thank you both for the amazing wedding cake you so graciously and expertly made for Deborah and my wedding. It was beautiful. Also thank you for your friendship with my dad, may it grow now that both of you have lost the loves of your lives.

David, Kenny and families....we are covering you with prayer during this difficult time. May the comfort of the Holy Ghost surround your families.

Grandpa,

Thank you for loving Grandma and taking care of her so well throughout the years. You two are a wonderful example for us and we are thankful for you both.

Grandma was so dedicated to the LORD. She never wanted to miss prayer meeting, church, or anything that she could go to that would benefit the kingdom. What a light in this dark world!

Grandma is dancing on streets of gold now. Wow... Can't wait to see you someday when we are all caught up together in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air. Love you, Grandma.

Grandpa- you are amazing. Keep truckin' along. Love you so much!
