Phyllis Helen Ingersoll

REDDING - Phyllis Ingersoll, 84, died Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Copper Ridge Care Center.

Born September 30, 1926 in Staples City, Minnesota, she moved to California at the age of 10.
Then moved to Shasta County from Dunsmuir in 1986.

Phyllis was a waitress and court clerk in Dunsmuir for many years. She was a member of Eastern Star, Lady Engineers, River City Jazz, and volunteered at the Attic on Oregon St., in Redding for over 20 years.

The love of her life was her husband Chuck, who preceded her in death in 2001.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Terry Ingersoll-Oakley of Redding, Barbara Borton of Illinois and Dixie Mahan of Redding, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Oregon Street Attic, 1336 Oregon St., Redding, CA 96001.
