Bob's passing has served as a lesson to me, not to put off the important things.
I lived across the street from Bob as a teen, and even then was "smitten" by his quiet caring ways. I moved away and we lost touch. It was just recently we reconnected on FaceBook, just before his trip. I didn't call then and figured we would get together when he got back. Well, too late. I'm sorry Bob.
Bob I have such fond memories of growing up across the street from you. Thank you for being a Big Brother and friend. We can save all the BS catching up for when we meet again.
Love to you and condolences to your family and friends.

I just found out about your passing, Bob, and it fills my heart with sadness.Somehow I always felt we would see each other again someday and have so much fun hearing what each had been up to all these years. Well, it sounds like you had a great life, great friends, and family..You were not only a great "kid' but a great man.
Thank you for being there for me, when we were teens.... I was lucky to have moved in across the street from you. I so much appreciated your kindness and support.
I send my sympathies and blessings of comfort to your children, and loved ones...
Until we meet again dear friend,

Bob was such a wonderful man. When I think of Bob, I think of his laugh...that contagious, wonderful laugh. He was humble, kind and so fun to hang out with... my family and I feel blessed to have known him. Much love to the family. Remember the good times and when the tears start to flow try to hear that wonderful laugh. :}

So sorry to see Bob's passing. Condolences to the family and all of his friends who will miss him so much. Bob had a dignity about him that was special - I really enjoyed our chats from time to time. Bob was a really good guy who did a great job at EHS and was very respected and liked by students and staff.
Bob, thanks from another V.N vet, for your service in Vietnam and for being such a great family guy - two great contributions. There is a saying that no success in life can compensate for failure in the home. You did both

My deepest condolences to Bob's family, whose patriarch has now gone out of sight. I miss our daily talks at EHS. He will remain in our hearts for a long long time as a funny, gregarious, politically-savvy, inquisitive, caring person. He's a true traveler and is taking his grand voyage now.

Hi Bob,
By now I'm sure you've played a couple of those fantastic Heavenly golf courses; 500 yard drives down the middle, fantastic short game and one putting every green; oh, and I hear there's Keystone on tap at every tee; but best of all, no Republicans.
Bob, I always enjoyed your sense of humor, quick wit and great political insight. You will be missed. Hope to catch up with you some day.

As a former EHS Sports Booster Club President I can say that Bob was a HUGE asset to the entire EHS community and will be missed tremendously. He was the type of person that never said NO and got the job done.
