Wow it’s been 11 years now since you left us. I still think of you all the time. I still miss you especially when times get difficult. You were such a good support to me and no one can ever replace that. You were always my biggest fan. I still get sad near Thanksgiving because I think about the day I lost you. I was so so sad. It was life changing for me. I’ll never be the same after losing you. I have a lot of good days and have lots of grandbabies (just like you) and they do give joy. I know I’ll see you again while happy and healthy celebrating our king and I do look forward to that moment when I get to see Him face to face. This life is such a blur I can’t believe how a day turned into 11 years. We have a short life here on earth everything just flies by. We’re here one day and gone the next and time doesn’t pause for anyone. I still think about all the funny moments we had. You loved to laugh and be silly and every once in a while I think about funny things about you and smile. I’ll continue to keep your traditions to pass on like tamales I love you forever Mama ❤

This is my Mom such a wonderful Mother and friend to me. She will be gone a year this month and sometimes it feels like it was just moments ago that she left me. I miss her so much and always will. I love you Mom and I know I'll get to see you again someday. Barbie :) I'd make my little man but this keyboard cant make stickmen.

Sandra and family, I am so very sorry to hear about your mom. I will allways remember her smiling in the kitchen when ever she was doing anything. She was a friend and not just one of my friends moms. Dawn Cavender ( Hicks) 928-897-7126
