I haven't seen Mr. Ballance in a long time, but when I worked at an attorney's office, he serviced our old typewriters - and he was the nicest man. I enjoyed talking to him - he always brought a smile to my face. Keep him in your heart and his memory will awaken your spirit. Your family is in my prayers
